Bringerofcake
3 Level 9 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon. When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can send 3 Dragon-Type monsters with different names from your Deck to the Graveyard; your opponent banishes 3 monsters from their Deck. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn. Toffee.
Inb4 evilfusion intensify of getting boxes to get more galaxy cards'Cept with this card's idiotic milling effect, it tends to lead to more absurd plays.

Jord200
Wait......So this means we aren't getting PP 17..... Oh PLEASE let Number 21 be in there. That at Number 81 are the only Numbers I still care about getting. Milling effect is nuts, art creeps me out, as far as this goes. EDIT - Disregard the first part. Althemia
Wait......So this means we aren't getting PP 17We never get the Premium Packs, they're usually just combined into other sets. In this case, the entirety of PP17 is in PG2.Time for the money card though since this thing makes Rulers playable again and everyone's going to want to at least get this when it comes out imho

evilfusion
I just buy cards online, so I don't gamble with boxes or packs, especially since PG2 doesn't have that much I really want, other than the new Numbers and maybe some of the reprints if they're good enough (and cheap enough). Dark Matter is really, really good...but it's not my favorite. The first effect is useless in conventional Galaxy Decks as the only Dragons you're running is Photon and Cloud Dragon, and you must send exactly 3, although I suppose you could run Galaxy Serpent if you're giving it Synchro options, but this feels subpar, especially if you're running it just for Dark Matter's effect. Its Summon Condition is laughably easy to fulfill, as you're very likely to drop No.107 or No.62, depending on situation, although my choice is usually 107. Cloud Dragon can revive either of those on a whim, and Galaxy Zero is just stupid, reviving one of the Xyz and then bypassing Zero's downsides by Ranking-Up into Dark Matter. And Cloud Dragon/Galaxy Zero are super searchable. 4000 ATK is deadly, and unlike Prime Photon, there's no halving damage if it lacks Galaxy-Eyes. Hell, Cloud Dragon makes this thing even SCARIER because it can revive Dark Matter and then become an Overlay to swing against two monsters. So yeah, I want this for my Galaxy Deck because it's an extremely dangerous card to be able to drop on a whim, and it is badass in its own way. But I prefer No.107, No.62, and Full-Armor in an aesthetic sense. Admittedly, I'd also be more likely to pull out Full-Armor instead of Dark Matter, but that's mitigated by Full-Armor being able to become Dark Matter (as Full-Armor just can't Xyz Change into Full-Armor, whereas Dark Matter cannot be Xyz Material at all). If TCG had both, I'd run both.
