[Written] Reversal of Time (Help?)

I made this one as a wacky-fun card a la Convulsion of Nature. However, thinking about it it's basically a I Win card. Any way to fix it while maintaining the feel?

Reversal of Time:
Continuous Spell
When a card would be sent to a player's Graveyard, except by "Reversal of Time": Add it to its owner's hand.
When a player would add a card to their hand, except by "Reversal of Time": Send it to the Graveyard instead.

Looking and thinking about it, it is OP, even if it does apply to both you and your opponent.

Here are some suggestions I would make to the lore.

 - Change the second effect so it dosen`t apply during the Draw Phase, otherwise you mill the top card of your own Deck instead of drawing it every single turn.

 - Also you might want to add an effect that makes the card destroy itself after a set amount of turns (3 or less might be good) and an effect that destroys all copies on the field if there is more than 1.

Other than that, its OK. Definetly an interesting idea.
