KoolGoldfinch
LORE: 3 Level 4 Monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; target 1 active Field Spell. Destroy that target. ----- The inspiration for this card was seriously: I saw this picture, it reminded me of "Giant Soldier of Stone", which reminded me of "Giant Soldier of Steel", to which I said, "And it shall be so!" ...I'm weird, I know. But that's why I decided to make it an Xyz even though I'm not a big fan of the card type. He was also partially inspired by silly cards such as "Cheepcheepcheep" and "Big Whale". His effect was inspired by the card art. As he is large and can destroy a city such as he is about to do here, I figured a good effect for him to have would be to allow him to destroy any Field Spell in play. Trebuchet MS
An effect that simply destroys Field Spells pales in comparison to the ability to hit about any S/T. Although S/T removal is something rare amongst generic R4s, you'd need to give an extra perk to the effect to persuade players to run this. Flash Flyer - Sakura
As Gadjiltron mentioned, this card's effect isn't really worth running if it's only going to hit Field Spells. Outside of fighting U.As and whatever relevant Decks are still using them, this card is essentially a vanilla 3-mat that making Deltateros, 104 and other 3-mat R4s would be a priority over. Granted, 3K DEF is nice, but we already have 52 for that and it's a 2-mat in that case (plus can use said DEF for a while to kill stuff). You could probably get away with having it pop any Spell/Trap Card you want, however. Just make the effect appealing to us, so that we'd consider it as an option over/alongside the aforementioned things.
