These cards are probably just screaming for abuse, but I thought they'd be pretty fun. There's just so many things you could do with these cards. They even can do Chaos. Made using Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Generator. Warning, large images.

Pendulum Effect: You can destroy this card and Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials.
Monster Effect: You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster and this card can be any Level for Ritual Summon if you control a face-up "Skydance" card except "Skydance - Dawn". During the End Phase: You can Tribute this card; add 1 "Skydance" card from your Deck to your hand.

Note that the first effect allows it to be used from the hand as well.[/spoiler]

Pendulum Effect: You can destroy this card and Tribute monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 Ritual Monster whose Level equals or is less than the total Levels of those monsters.
Monster Effect: You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster and this card can be any Level for Ritual Summon if you control a face-up "Skydance" card except "Skydance - Dusk". You can Tribute this card to target 1 card on the field; destroy it.[/spoiler]

Monster Effect: When this card is Ritual Summoned: Draw 2 cards. The original ATK of this card is the number of face-up cards in your Extra Deck and either player's Pendulum Zones x 500.[/spoiler]

Pendulum Effect: You can destroy two cards in your Pendulum Zones and Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck or 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck.
Monster Effect: 2 Level 4 Monsters including at least 1 Pendulum Monster
This card is also treated as Level 4. During the Damage Step, when this card battles: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish 1 card on the field. If this card has no Xyz Material: You can place it in an empty Pendulum Zone.[/spoiler]

I like these! The idea of Ritual and Xyz Pendulums are really cool! My one question, however, is how do Xyz Pendulum's work?

They can't get to the Pendulum Zone except by a card effect. Also, no one is quite sure yet about the rest of how they work because they were introduced in the anime and not much else is known. They should work the same as a Pendulum Monster though.

Technically speaking, Odd-Eyes Rebellion did get itself revealed for release in CORE lately.

 

Basically, you can Pendulum Summon it from the Extra Deck like you would for Main Deck stuff (although it has the effect "If you can Pendulum Summon Level 7 monsters, you can P-Summon this face-up card from your Extra Deck). On that note, that's basically the ruling that was used since it appeared in the anime up until that point.

Anything specific you want to add, such as how well Aix designed the cards, effect-wise?

Keep in mind that you need to mention something related to the effects & stuff (given Advanced Clause).

 

That much in mind, only Xyz Pendulums exist in the real game right now (and ONLY for OERD); but the other card Types are allowed (Fusion / Synchro / Ritual), because they'll eventually come out and unlike Xyz, they should work with regular rules since they still have Levels.

BTW Aix, does Festival have any specific Ritual Card needed to summon her? Normally, they'd have it written in the text or if you planned on allowing her to use any Ritual Card, that would be noted as well. Unless of course, the idea is to use Dusk's P-Effect to fulfill that role (or Meteor).

Nah, she's supposed to be Summoned with Dusk's eff or Advanced Ritual Art or something.
