While this card has 2 or more "Time Counters" on it, it gains the following effect: @When this card's battle position is changed by a card effect: you can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. if you destroyed your own monster with this effect, draw 1 card. 1800 ATK/1100 DEF Serpentime Cobarrel LIGHT/Level 4 Reptile/Effect During each Standby Phase: change the battle position of this card, and if you do, place 1 "Time Counter" on this card. While this card has 2 or more "Time Counters" on it, it gains yhe following effect: @Once per turn, when this card's battle position is changed by a card effect: you can target 1 face-up monster; this turn, that monsyer cannot attack or be attacked. If a monster with a "Time Counter(s)" is destroyed: place "Time Counters" on this card equal to the number of "Time Counters" on the monster before it was destroyed. While this card has 2 or more "Time Counters" on it, it gains the following effects: @All monsters lose 200 ATK and DEF for each "Time Counter" on this card, except for "Serpentime" monsters. @Once per turn: you can change the battle position of 1 "Serpentime" monster you control. Fabric of Snake-Time Normal Spell Remove 1 "Time Counter" from anywhere on the field; Special Summon 1 "Serpentime" monster from your Deck or Graveyard. Snake-Time Continuum Continuous Spell Once per turn, when the effect of a "Serpentime" monster is activated during the Standby Phase: Place 1 "Time Counter" on this card. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: you can remove 1 "Time Counter" from this card to target 1 "Serpentime" monster you control; place 1 "Time Counter" on that target. Snake-Time Collapse Normal Spell Remove all "Time Counters" from cards you control; Destroy all cards your opponent controls. You cannot activate other Spell/Trap cards the turn you activate this card. [/spoiler] Alright so I was bored in math one day and the idea for clock-themed reptiles popped into my head. As you may or may not have read above, the monster's effects are dependent on getting "Time Counters" and changeing battle position, which they do in order to get said counters. Any thoughts?
