OCG is more or less spot on. Good work.

 

The effect seems rather mediocre, though. Outside of use on Xyz Monsters it's a small boost in stats, which are hardly useful unless you really need to overcome that wall in battle. The additional effect granted to Xyz Monsters won't exactly see much use either, as whatever effect they'd normally have would be more useful than burn (unless it's to end a game). When used on Xyz Monsters like Gem-Knight Pearl I guess it gives them something else to do other than beat face.

Not much to say.  Card seems very straightforward.  Question though, if the XYZ gains the effect, does this mean that if the equip is removed, it keeps the effect?  Or does the effect vanish along with the equip if it gets destroyed?  I'm assuming the former, but unless I'm mistaken, the latter is plausible.

Effects on continuous cards generally only apply while that continuous card is still face-up. The latter is the default interpretation.

 

I feel like you could safely increase the ATK boost on this a little. It's just a card. Seems plausible enough to be filler.
