Effect: "Until the end of your next turn, activate 1 of the following effect:
∙Neither player takes any damage and cannot activate cards or card's effects.
∙Neither player can Summoned and monsters on the field cannot be destroyed by battle.
You can only activate 1 "Final Peace" per match."

Restriction is basically useless in single matches.

 

Anyway, either effect is a heavy floodgate, no matter how you look at it.

  • First effect locks off damage and any cards.
  • Second effect kills off all summoning and gives monsters destruction immunity. (Although keep in mind you still have burn damage + piercing to attend to)

 

In this case, you really need to give it a significant activation cost, because right now, it's basically broken and should be shafted to Joke Cards.

Not to mention that you can just chain this during the opponent's turn, and they can't do anything after that (unless they happen to have S/T negation handy).
