Herobrian53
Here is the card: Here is what the words say: "Blue-eyes white dragon" + "Lightning Warrior" This monster's effects are activated by attaching any ONE of these cards *Laser cannon armor (If attached, this card becomes an insect monster) *Raregold Armor *Metalsilver Armor Effect one: (One/Two above items equipped) Destroy two facedown magic/trap cards your opponent has on the field Effect two: (All Equipment cards above equiped) Destroy every facedown card on your opponent's side of the field and reflect the next attack focused on "Dragon of Blinding Light"
Flash Flyer - Sakura
http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/326539-ycm-casual-cards-designs-rules/ Read the section rules again, because Fake Types are barred outside of Experimental, which is where this is going. --- "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + "Lightning Warrior" When this card is equipped with either "Laser Cannon Armor" (this card is treated as an Insect-Type monster), "Raregold Armor" and/or "Metalsilver Armor", apply the following effects based on the number of cards. - 1 or 2 cards: Destroy 2 face-down Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. - 3: Destroy all face-down cards your opponent controls. If this card is targeted for an attack: Destroy the attacking monster. We're basically running some obscure cards that no one would even bother using in real life; well the aforementioned Equips, especially the first one. If this were the OCG, this card can't be equipped with Laser Cannon; but TCG can for some awful reason. Anyway, you basically give this card the ability to pop 2 backrow cards simply by equipping one of the above Spells. Just no. Destruction without targeting is VERY bad, because even if your opponent decides to protect the two cards in question; you have the option to blow something else up. And then we have the 2nd effect, which blows up every face-down your opponent controls. This works against certain Decks like Shaddolls, Rocks and a bunch of other stuff; but if anything, mostly against backrow.

Cirrus
This card isn't even that poorly designed. It's difficult to access and the cards it uses to fuel its effects are also very mediocre (read: pretty bad) outside of being used to fuel this card. In addition, it's level 6 so you can't Instant Fusion into it to abuse it. Like ... what's wrong with it, exactly? It kills a lot of backrows but so does Hyunlei.Thunder is a type! That might be what you want instead of Lightning.Sakura pls. Poor guy's 11.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I mostly graded it based on usability and stuff; and for the most part, you have better things to do with BEWD and Lightning Warrior; like I mentioned somewhere in the last reply. But that's what happens when I'm up at 7 in the morning CnCing stuff. Yeah, I should've cut him a break since he is still a kid; though reading the section rules should've been done. Thunder would be an acceptable substitute for Lightning, since that is an official Type. (Then again, that's why Casual exists; so if we do get little kids, they have somewhere to post stuff without being subjected to our metagames; though design is still important)
Horu
Note: Blue-Eyes White Dragon is a Level 8 and Lightning Warrior is a Level 9. Both have considerable ATK/DEF stats by themselves. Fusing into something weaker is just a bad strategy.
Cirrus
But you can use Miracle Synchro Fusion as well as Fusion Substitutes (e.g. King of the Swamp) to do it. Lightning Warrior is level 7 and pretty terrible, also.
Horu
Ok. Maybe I was thinking of the other Gilford the Lightning then. Although he's a Level 8. Even so, make it a Dragon, up the ATK/DEF, mimic Lightning Warrior's effect and make it a Level 9 at least.
