If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can add 1 "Double Summon" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Then, return 1 card from your hand to the bottom of your Deck. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can Target 2 Level 4 or lower monsters with the same Level in your Graveyard: Return them to the bottom of your Deck, and if you do, Draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Dupligarto" once per turn.

This card lets you be pro because it makes Double Summon live and acts like a mini Avarice. So do what any other self respecting person would do, and either randomly main 3x Double Summon in something with This, or play This in something like Kage-Gadgets. And the reason why This card returns stuff back to your hand is mostly BECAUSE this was designed to be played with Gadgets/etc, because you can just return extra copies of specific monsters you somehow have in your hand to your Deck when you play This, get Double, Summon said Searcher, and search back what you just got-
HURRAY FOR OVERLY GIMMICKY DECKS/MOVES/ETC! =D

Also, this is DARK for no particular reason. I mean, King of the Feral and Kage are both DARK because of their concepts/etc, so I just figured this being the same Attribute would make sense. Also, because This and Kage are Dark Eruption targets. Not that it matters, but still...
Oh, and because This makes Double Summon live, you can drop 3-Material Rank 4s/Infinity out of nowhere, in a Deck that could abuse it as such.

It is a pretty cool concept, though I think you could get away with just adding that Double Summon without returning anything.

Then it'd be ideal (IMO) to main 3 of this card and 2 of Double Summon, because you wouldn't really want to main Double Summon but also wouldn't want these to stop being live if one is somehow banished.

 

Sounds pretty great for Rank 4s, recycling Gadgets and giving you a plus, creating more targets than just Kagetokage for King of Feral Imps, and giving an extra potential link to trigger those Chain Summonings. You could have up to 5 Level 4 monsters every turn on board with a good hand. Plus, the recycling effect is live from anywhere so Lavalval Chain, discard effects, etc.... at the very least a Karma Cut or PWWB somewhere.

 

You said it was nothing special, but it looks pretty fun. 

Also, a teched Allure of Darkness might not be incredibly significant, but now it also wouldn't really hurt.
