Atypical-Abbie
A very ZEXAL-style card, rather simple card. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK becomes 1700. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material gains this effect. * All monsters you control gain 200 ATK and DEF for each Xyz Material attached to this card. VCR_CAT
If it weren't for a certain card released in the OCG very recently, I would be A-OKAY with this card. But placing that aside for now, there is another thing that needs to be looked at. Considering how very useful this card is in summoning beefy Xyz monsters, and giving access to cards like Pleiades, I would maybe consider making the ATK gain limited to the monster that's summoned. Just a thought, since I know that the deck(s) that would make use of this card can swarm the field pretty easy with some large beat-sticks, and turning roughly 3 2100 beaters into 2500 beaters is pretty powerful. This card enables OTKs a little too much.

VCR_CAT
...yes it does. You can normal summon with tributing and it's a level 5 machine. Which means, SS Cyber Dragon, NS this guy, overlay into Nova, overlay into Infinity. It's also a LIGHT Machine so it's searchable by Cyber Repair Plant as well. How does this card NOT work with Infinity? To be frank, the synergy this card has with Cyber decks is REALLY good.

VCR_CAT
Who cares if it gets the effect if it makes the monster that much easier and more consistent to summon?

Sleepy
I can see why people would be under the impression that ranking up an Xyz would pass on the effect, but if Extra Sword doesn't work on Utopia Ray evolving from regular Utopia, it is the same concept here when going Cyber Infinity sooooo.... From a glimpse at it, it looks like a pretty insignificant boost, but it does make a difference. A 2500 ATK monster pretty often has an option to be taken down, but once a monster is past the 2800 ATK mark, opponents will struggle on the path of removal by battle. Plus, it boosts every monster you control, although I'm not sure what to think on that one because I'm not entirely sure what deck(s) it is ideal to run in. Rank 5 plays that come to mind involve Instant Fusion, Star Drawing, Inzektors, Wind-Ups, and... uh... I'm sure there were other decks that could make Rank 5s but can't think of much right now. All in all, it looks more like it'd be classified as casual since it is more likely to be teched than to have a solid place, and the detach effect of its Xyz will almost definitely happen and halve that boost often.
