Your opponent cannot activate that monster's effect in response to this effect. Once per turn, when a card(s) is destroyed: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.[/spoiler] Slowly continuing my trend that started here, this card is designed to generate a bunch of damage. According to Skype, it's named after some sort of censorship group! Oh, joy! The first effect is sorta-kinda some way to let you dodge irritants like Honest, Construct, or Catastor, though your opponent can just make this explode with Mirror Force. It's probably not as good as Qingtong, but hey, 3k is a really nice ATK score. I contemplated giving it piercing, but was later told "no, don't do that." Also, don't you have to specify when you can change the monster to DEF? The effect implies before damage calculation, but it probably needs to be specified. Well, I could give it a little extra ATK since Leo is Level 10 and has 3100, but at the same time, I don't want this to have more ATK than Leo. Also, I really shouldn't let its DEF define its ATK. If anything, I would rather bump its DEF up to the mid-teens, but 600 DEF hardly makes a difference. Also, don't you have to specify when you can change the monster to DEF? The effect implies before damage calculation, but it probably needs to be specified. I could have it activate during Construct's activation window at the start of the damage step. I don't think it mentions when it activates if it activates before the damage step even occurs, so I guess I could just move it to the start of the damage step if it is that much of a problem.
