Pendulum Over-limit
Spell
When a Pendulum Monster is added from a player's Deck to their Hand, the player reveals it and sends it face-up into the Extra Deck. Then they may draw a card. A player may not Pendulum Summon during the turn this card us face-up on the field. This card remains on the field for 3 of your opponent's turns.

CnC as always!

Edit 1: Changed the effect to specify that the Pendulum needs to be added from the deck to the hand.  (yes, it includes drawing)

Couple problems with the card here:
I would specify the effect as once-per-turn since that effect could be too easily abused by certain decks. I would also specify it as cards being added by effects, since right now it would technically include drawing it, and in order to avoid dishonesty any card effect that involves adding by drawing must include that all draws are revealed unless the effect is optional; and adding in a "Reveal" clause when a card is added to your hand is redundant since any card added from the grave or deck (also you should specify where the card is being added from) is revealed anyways.

You also need to specify WHAT player cannot Pendulum Summon while the card is face-up on the field.

The idea's there, but you need to work on the wording and make the effect as specific as you can so it won't be confused by players who don't yet know exactly what it does.

I kinda meant for the card to be like a forced "Heart of the Underdog" for pendulums without benefiting from the whole setup by setting them in the Extra Deck.  I did not mean for it to work when added from grave to hand.

Of course, since both players have the ability to benefit from this, I did make it a pendulum negating floodgate.  However, it kinda makes sense.  It benefits pendulum setup, but at the same time hurts them since they cannot use the setup immediately.  For non-pendulum decks, it doesn't help/hurt them at all.

Again, since it effects both players, both would have to reveal their drawn cards.

I'll change the wording so it only effects cards added from the deck to the hand (and not the grave), but otherwise, you kinda hit the nail on the head with exactly how I wanted this card to operate.  If you think it is too strong/weak, let me know!
