1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 face-down monster your opponent controls; destroy it. Once per turn, during your opponent's Main Phase: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change this card to face-down Defense Position, and if you do, change that monster to face-down Defense Position.
Another addition to my weird Level 9 Wyrm Synchro thingy. As of now, Zhongxuan is still on this page, and Qingtong is linked in Zhongxuan's thread. Yunhai apparently means "Cloud Sea," and its main attraction is that it's Book of Moon! During the opponent's turn! I've been told to only let that effect go off in the Main Phase, but I'm seeing what everyone else has to say first; it seems like a very minor change anyways.

Looks good. It is like an unlimited two-way Book of Moon which is not too bad a thing but not too awesome either. Would reccomend a small extra cost for the Synchro Summon, but otherwise, I think its good.

Well, I could just weaken the on-Sync effect instead of giving it a cost that wouldn't really matter. Since another of these Syncs I made is designed more for backrow use, I'll just let this hit facedown monsters.

I think the Book of Moon/Eclipse effect is too strong. You can easily stop an opponent's Xyz/Synchro play by flipping their monster face-down then next turn flip summon your 2600 beater and run over their monster.

I would mention that Yunhai needs to flip itself in order to work, so chaining removal (in addition to negation) would stop this from happening, but that falls under the faulty "it can be countered so it's balanced" reasoning. Still, it's a Level 9 Synchro, and there aren't really any good unbanned Level 9 Synchros out there (save for non-generics and Chaofeng because it literally has Yang Zing written on it). It's supposed to be stronger than, say, a monster from the Rank 4 pool and even a lot of Synchros currently in the game, and you can still get around this by having more than one threatening play in a turn, but I'll make this require at least two non-Tuners so that it costs the user three+ cards for something of its caliber.
