Galactic Wings: I'll let it slide for now, but it does kinda scream of abuse though.

Karen: Sure

Solar Champion, sure

Lunar Champion: Having a cost that says "You can discard up to 1 card" sounds wrong just saying. Because it probably is

Warwolf: Floating on steroids, with a destruction effect to boot. I guess it's okay though, but dem floating.

Dark Eclipse: Eh fine, nothing too broken.

Seal isn't very clear. That dragon searching though...dem dragon searching..

Aniass: Yes sure fine etc

Valkyrie is kinda..I dunno, I'm not sure if I would even use him

Zera is ...quite..interesting. I think it's not broken right now

Hyperion: For a non-generic his effect is a bit lackluster if you ask me, then again my standards for Rank 8s are kinda high.

Sly: Nontargetting effect eh. I guess it's fine since he's not exactly a walk in the park to bring out

Grace: So it's basically a way to be a balanced foolish burial. Eh whatever.

Witch of the black forest should have the plaguespreader clause I feel (the banish thing). And then potentilly change it to "When this card is used for the synchro...." rather than "sent to the grave for the synchro..." so that it can still work if you use the in grave effect? 
Tuners that special summon themselves from grave usually banish or are OPD iirc.

I love shattering though.

Yeah, please make him require DARKS for materials, like, who seriously wants a generic removal and armaggedon knight abuser on legs??

If he required darks then he wouldn't be so armaggedon knight abusable since the deck would have to be centered around darks in the first place, making this currently op system less splashable.
