You can Discard 1 Level 4 Machine-Type monster, except "Nebulamen Cosmo": Special Summon this card(from your hand). Once per turn, you can Target 1 other Level 4 Machine-Type monster you control, and 1 Set card the opponent controls: Destroy the first Target, and if you do, shuffle the second Target into the Deck. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can add from your Deck to your hand up to 2 "Nebulamen Cosmo". You can only activate each effect of "Nebulamen Cosmo" once per turn.

Once per turn, you can Target 1 other Level 4 Machine-Type monster you control: Destroy it, and if you do, your opponent shuffles 1 cad from his/her hand into their Deck. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can add from your Deck to your hand up to 2 "Nebulamen Galactic". You can only activate each effect of "Nebulamen Galactic" once per turn.

Once per turn, you can Target 1 other Level 4 Machine-Type monster you control, and 1 Face-up card the opponent controls: Destroy the first Target, and if you do, shuffle the second Target into the Deck. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can add from your Deck to your hand up to 2 "Nebulamen Stardust". You can only activate each effect of "Nebulamen Stardust" once per turn.

3 Level 4 "Nebulamen" monsters.
Cannot be Summoned, except by Xyz Summon. If this card is Summoned, you can return all cards in the opponent's Graveyard to the Deck. As long as this card has Xyz Materials, the opponent cannot send cards from his/her Deck to the Graveyard, and they cannot send cards from/Discard cards from there hand by card effect(s). Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, and Target 1 card on both sides of the field, except this card: Destroy your Target, and if you do, return the opponent's target to the Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, return all cards in your hand and Graveyard to your Deck, and if you do, add from your Deck to your hand 2 "Nebulamen" monsters with different names.
