Reverse Xyz? (idea for new card type) plz tell me what you think.

How you summon Reverse Xyz Monsters is similar to Xyz Summoning except you use Xyz Monsters or Monsters in the main deck with ranks (still working on that) as Reverse Xyz materials, or RXyz material. Reverse Xyz Monsters also have no Rank or Level, they have a new indicator called Grade. The Monster below is Grade 7.

 

 

2 Rank 7 LIGHT Warrior-type Monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Reverse Xyz material from this card to target 1 monster you control; it cannot be destroyed by card effects until the end phase of this turn. If this card would be destroyed: You can detach 1 Reverse Xyz material instead.

So.....It's just Xyz summoning....With Xyz Monsters.....This is already a thing.  Number F0 uses Xyz monsters and Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon in Conjunction with Creation Magician and Destruction magician can make itself with Odd-Eyes and a level 4 Xyz.

I know it's already a thing, but like I said there will be monsters that have ranks in the main deck that are built for reverse Xyz summoning, but for now since those don't exist yet, they use xyz, which do have ranks.They will not use Xyzs in the future, just for now they will. It's the only way to summon them for now. BTW I understand what you are saying, I just have to stress the fact that the summoning method is far from complete by any means. This is only a starting point for me to go forward from.

You know new card types/summoning methods go in Experimental, right?

P.S. The only way you're getting this card out realistically is with 2 CXyz Barian; unless you change the Type/Attribute of other stuff with the DNA Traps. (Or use Yuya's new Pendulums)

Main Deck monsters don't have Ranks, so you'll have to figure out a way to make it work.

 

 

As for the Grade thing, I'd make a reference to CFV in this regard; but I'll leave it for Nai or Toyo.

Without the ranks in the Main Deck Theory, this cards is fairly hard to summon, and it's effect isn't exactly great for two Rank 7's

 

Cool Idea, but (without the implementation of ranks in the main deck) You would be better off with two (Non Light/Warrior) Rank 7's Like Big-Eye and Dracossack
