Lore:
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, flip the top three cards of your deck face-up then shuffle your deck. During your Draw Phase, you may add one of those flipped cards from your Deck to your hand instead of conducting a normal draw. Once per turn, you may decrease this card's ATK by 800 and target 1 face-up monster. Send it to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack the turn you use this ability.

Ok, I'm going to ask you what "flip the top 3" means, and then I'm gonna OCG this and pretend like I know...

 

So, for the basics, the stats seem a bit high for a generic. Now I know you may say "GOYO!" but Goyo does nothing but beat, whereas this card allows you to.... you know, stack your deck.

 

So I'd restrict it to a FIRE or a Fiend-Type tuner, just to be on the safe side. You know, make a ten dollar card a 1 dollar card.

 

It appears you like the effect of Dark End Dragon. This is totally acceptable if you make the summoning conditions hard enough. In fact, I'm gonna go all the way.

 

Also, "During your Draw Phase" is a long time to sit on a monster with no protection. Its effect must be immediately effective, else it will cease to be valid in the metagame.

 

So I've removed the DED allusion and gave it more of a fiery lick to it, but do what you wish with it as it is your card.

 

Also, it still doesn't target. Nice. #Getshrekt.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, Banish the top 3 cards of your Deck, face-up, then, shuffle your Deck. At the start of your Battle Phase, you can activate any of these effects. You can only control 1 face-up "Pyronoid Warrior Goka".

● Pay 800 LP; add one card Banished by this card's effect to your hand.

● You can have this card lose exactly 800 ATK; destroy one monster your opponent controls.

● Discard 1 card; all monsters your opponent controls lose 800 DEF.

I was thinking "...flip the top 3 cards..." meant turning those cards face-up, then shuffling the Deck with said cards still face-up. You know, like Pharaoh's Treasure. This limits what it might be able to tutor. Banishing the cards instead may seem equally logical, just add a "...by this card's effect" on top so that it doesn't interact with cards banished by other means.

Thanks for the feedback.

For the flip face-up effect, I wanted them to still be able to be added to hand during the draw phase even if Goka was destroyed. Also, I'd rather not have them banished b/c I don't want them to be completely lost once Goka leaves the field.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if this should be generic or not. I'll try to change it whenever I get around to it.

As for the ATK, yeah, I guess I can lower it. However, I'd also want to lower the ATK cost for its ability as well. Should making it target help mediate that cheaper cost? (ex. 2600 ATK, 600 ATK cost, target + destroy)

Hm alright, so you'd rather be giving your opponent free draw-step mindcrushes, which is ok I suppose.

 

 

Try to have the ATK cost divisible by the ATK.

 

I suppose you could make it become a lingering effect for the adding to hand.... But you probably should Banish them to prevent obstructions.
