During either player's Damage Step, when a WATER monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the graveyard; that monster's attack becomes double its original until the end of the Damage Step.This card is for a water archetype I'm creating called "Aquatic", which will be based around sending monsters to the grave to send your opponent's cards to the bottom of the deck. To be completely honest, the best way to balance this is make either the first or both effects once per duel. As I said, this card would be limited, so having it say "once per duel" seems completely unnecessary.Would changing it from Main Phase to End Phase be more balanced?
