Lore: Once per turn, you may select one non-FLIP Effect Monster on the opponent's side of the field: This card gains the other's effect.

As per usual, if there's another card with the same effect, please notify me. I'm full aware of how situational this card can be, but please, notify me of any other flaws if possible. Criticisms and suggestions are encouraged.

Once per turn: You can target 1 non-Flip Effect Monster your opponent controls; this card gains that monster's effects.

Well, I can basically say this card is useless against Shaddolls, because the bulk of their stuff is Flip Effect monsters (although their bosses are another story).

But either way, card can end up gaining a rather useful effect; provided it can survive getting killed in battle [considering its 1200 ATK stats].

In a way, this card's effect is very similar to that of anime Number 69 (except without a detach and things).

I assume you also know that this card won't do anything against Xyz, since this card lacks any materials to detach in those cases (unless you steal C101's effect or something that doesn't require a detach; some Xyz don't need one).

First off, thanks for the feedback, it means a lot. ^^

1. Another card I created, Rocking Zombie, could potentially be used to remedy its lackluster stats. What Rocking Zombie does is, once flipped face-up, you can select one of your monsters and one of your opponent's, and once you do, they switch ATK and DEF stats, potentially giving you the same monster, plus a few additional effects, considering it survives long enough.

2. I knew certain effect monsters' effect types wouldn't be able to be copied and used, but to be honest, I completely forgot that Xyz monsters had the detach effect requirement. XD

Like I mentioned earlier, there are some Xyz that don't require a detach to trigger.

For instance, you could very well copy 104's effect and get to mill your opponent every turn (only thing you'd really lose is the ability to burn/negate things).

If I remember correctly, Deltateros doesn't need to detach to activate that effect of his that triggers when you Normal Summon stuff (the lock one).

So yeah, you can still copy Xyz provided that they don't require a detach, but a majority do require a detach.

As for this Rocking Zombie, you should post it if you haven't already.

Yeah, that sounds like it could work.

I already posted it. If you're interested, it's right here.
