Each time a player adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them, they must banish 1 random card from their hand. The fact that she is searchable with "Where Arf Thou" kinda worries me, especially considering the impact her Dark Law effect has on many powerful decks, such as Nekroz, Qliphort, and Satellars. First off, i feel that she should be level 4, to coincide with stats. Second, I feel her life point payment bit may as well be removed, since 500 a turn is hardly relevant. Trebuchet MS Posted May 6, 2015 Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 Ah, a perfectly symmetrical version of Dark Law's anti-hand-advantage effect that doesn't lock out draw power. Maintenance cost is generally negligible because you can still Tribute/Sync/Xyz off this card if you want to get back to tutoring as per normal. I feel that banishing at random can be a little too powerful. If you give the opponent the choice of what card from their hand to banish, it still allows them to play to a limited degree, as they can continue searching if they feel they have expendable cards to banish to this effect. There's nothing preventing the opponent from just attacking through this. 1700 ATK seems suitable for a monster of its Level - if she were LV4.
