The Nyx Avatar
I wanted to make a card to support "Gishki" monsters, in this case adding them to your hand. However, let me know what I should fix on this card, what should be promoted, and what would improve on said archetype. If you know what "Gishki" lacked the most, let me know. Trebuchet MS
This is probably not the way to do it. Since there is no upper limit for how many monsters you can tutor, your opponent playing normally can mean you just reaping a massive hand size just waiting to explode the next turn. And then you control multiples of this card... I would suggest adding limiters to make this card look like: When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): You can add 1 "Gishki" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate the effect of "Sea Recruitment" once per turn. Whether free monster tutors is what Gishki lacked, I'm not sure, actually. The Nyx Avatar
I've edited "Sea Recruitment". Would this be better? And if it's too overpowered, how would you balance it?
Flare909
To make it balanced, instead of paying 1000 life points, pay 500 to negate card effects and finally if your opponent special summon a level 6+ monster, than destroy this card. This is perfect and simple effect, consider it please.
