Sir Yamiegg
When this card is activated: place it on top of your opponent's Deck. If you have activated "Throw Back!" more times than your opponent has this Duel: you cannot activate this card. Discuss.
Spinny
So you block their draw and they can't activate it. Pretty sure that cards like that are banned.
Tinkerer
I agree w/ Spinda. Maybe, I dunno, you can't activate it if you activated it more times than your opponent or something. That way both players can use it, but the first person to use it gets the surprise factor + the insurance of your opponent getting an unhelpful draw. Sir Yamiegg
So you block their draw and they can't activate it. Pretty sure that cards like that are banned. Except you can activate it. Or at least you were supposed to be able to... but I worded it wrongly. The Tinkerer's "suggestion" was what I actually meant for the card in the first place, so thank you. The idea is that you and your opponent can just keep throwing this thing back and forth and skipping draw phases... or one of you can just keep it and not skip the opponent's draw phase, but then they can't skip yours either. Fixed wording.
