Which Number was turned into that? I know 37 was formed from 70, 38 was formed from 28, and this was formed from (most likely) 77. I don't know why people are freaking out over this; Number 99 was bonkers in the anime, and look what they did to him. This is just them showing off how godly Astral apparently is. We will be getting at least one more utopia next month (manga Yuma still need a final evolution after all) At least the manga is ending next month (so we won't be getting new numbers for a while..) I mean doesn't that mean there weren't 100? I think everyone thought the whole rewriting Numbers thing was silly. In all seriousness though, I'm inclined to think that 28, 70, 77 and 37, 38, 93 did coexist at some point and that E'Rah had the legit 28. 70 and 77 in his possession all along.
