While this card is face-up on the field all LIGHT Dragon-Type Monsters you control are unaffected by your opponents card effects.

 

Eternal Soul for all LIGHT Dragons and protection of itself, all for the price of a Maiden with Eyes of Blue. Great freaking Ra, Hieratic-Eyes loves this.

 

Don't forget the hyphen in Blue-Eyes's name.

Don't you think that, maybe, this card's stats are a tad too high for what it does? Its individual components synergize with each other to make the Summoning incredibly easy too.

I made edits on effect wording as provided and dropped its ATK and DEF by 500.
