Trebuchet MS
Oh no. Not this again. When your LP becomes 0, you find yourself unable to activate or resolve any additional cards due to, oh, having already lost the game. There's a reason why several cards that function that way have a tendency to work pre-emptively - meaning they show up just before you take the lethal hit and then begin applying their effect that prevents you from losing. (See Tag Force's Infernity Zero) The game-saving effect, also theoretically, cannot apply if the card gets turned face-down for whatever reason, since if you want to ensure that effect is still being applied even while face-down, you'd have to allow your opponent to confirm that you do legitimately have the card on the field, which usually involves making it public knowledge and thus having to reveal it. Which obliterates the point of this card trying to be face-down in the first place. Not that you can even turn it face-down, since it's got blanket card immunity. And another thing. It's got blanket card immunity with a massive ATK score that can only snowball, making it stupidly difficult to take down and for your opponent to claim the victory that they were supposed to have claimed. On the other hand, because you can't Summon any more monsters and because this thing lacks piercing, your opponent can just turtle behind a battle-immune wall and the game turns into a boring stalemate. Yes, you do need 5 DARK Dragons to Summon this card, but since it can appear from anywhere that isn't your Deck, you can instantly prepare it with Foolish Burial or Dark Grepher, and make it live just by stuffing your Deck to the gills with mill/discard effects. Never mind that your Deck becomes incredibly terrible as a result - you literally can't lose by dying the moment you bring this card out. (But it doesn't guarantee that you'd win, though...) I'm getting way too many flashbacks of a similar card that gives a cheap turnabout win...
