because jesus christ this card make Qli so much better. It's actually better than Skill Drain in some respects because it's better at protecting your LP which in Qli is very important, it has no cost, it's unlimited and realistically it doesn't hurt you that much since if you're in the position to Pendulum Summon you can gain so much advantage anyway that having them put to defense doesn't do much. It's also awesome in Yosenju and Volcanics.

That's fatal against D/Ds they tend to SS a lot...

The card got even stupider thanks to the HJ ruling at Columbus.

That's been deteremined to be an incorrect ruling because the card was misprinted. That ruling was based on the card text we had and would have been correct, but the card text is wrong.

At least according to my HJ at regionals today.

I'm almost certain the HJ ruling at COlumbus is incorrect because it's the only place I've ever seen it ruled that way and everywhere else including our Nats which was head judged by a Konami representative has ruled it that it can be dodged.
