Woloa
So, this idea came to me wile I was taking a bath after making my Winged Knight cards, it's basicly a multi-use level up that banishes instead of sending to the graveyard. Lore: If you control exactly 1 "LV" monster: Banish 1 "LV" monster you control, Special Summon, from your hand or Deck, the 1 "LV" monster that is listed in the banished monster's text, ignoring the Summoning restrictions, then repeat this effect any number of times, then banish this card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. When a monster Special Summoned by this effect would be sent to the Graveyard, banish it instead. Edit: Fixed wording errors, thank you Gadjiltron for helping me out. Trebuchet MS
Activate this card only when If you control exactly 1 "LV" monster: Target Banish 1 "LV" monster you control, banish it and Special Summon, from your hand or Deck, the 1 "LV" monster that is listed in its card description the banished monster's text, ignoring the Summoning restrictions, then repeat Activate this effect any number of times, then banish this card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. When a monster Special Summoned by this card effect would be sent to the Graveyard, banish it instead. Due to the way targeting and effects work, if this card targeted the LV monster, after the first time its effect resolves you can't declare another target and repeat the process. (At least, the only other card which does state "repeat this effect", Berserker Soul, doesn't target, so we won't exactly know the specifics.) Original version didn't specify where you Special Summon the higher LV monster from. It's a pretty neat card for advancing through several forms in quick succession, but the problem with some of the worse LV monsters is that they only gain effects if they have been SS'd by their weaker form's effect (like Allure Queen or Ultimate Insect). Cheating them out with Level Up or Power Leveling doesn't work with them.

Ultimate Insect was the card this was most made to support, so, I already thought about that.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Ultimate Insect can still be leveled up, even if you don't go through the whole cycle. It just needs to be exist on the field. Sure, you lose the 500 ATK drop for the opponent; but it can still run to Level 7 and trigger that. If this were Allure Queen (like Gadjiltron mentioned) or Dark Lucius (the one where Dai Grepher goes crazy), then yeah this wouldn't really work. Both of their bosses [LV7/8] have either nice effects or stats, but that implies you having to run their weaker forms and go through the entire cycle, which more/less sucks. There's also Dark Mimic, but those two are rather awkward now. ------------- As Gadjiltron mentioned already, it's a nice card for cycling things; although the drawback is that the monster that gets SSed by this will be banished, so no use of reviving it later. Same with the monsters used to LV up. At least you have a restriction on its usage, so you can't LV up on 2+ monsters; although realistically, you probably won't.
