Too OP?

The problem isn't that they're overpowered. In fact, there are at least two problems:

1. What if the monster you added can't be Normal Summoned? What if the added monster requires tribute(s)? This makes them slightly underpowered, if anything.

2. You DO know that the DIVINE Attribute shouldn't be used unless you have a VERY good reason for it, right? They should only be used for God Cards or similar cards.

- In those cases, the player will take, certainly, 2000 damage. The card is made to get cards to be Normal Summoned. If the player want more than this, there is a drawback.

- The last one was just for fun. And why not right? Is not like them gonna be printed anyway. xD

Well, this IS the casual forum, so I can't really chew you out on that. I guess I'll just wait for a mod.

Yes, I'm aware. I actually read the effects. But why have the drawback in the first place? Why not just limit what monsters could be added?

Anyways, a bit off-topic here, but I assume English isn't your first language?

Garland is not being rude towards you; he is simply giving you critique on your cards.

By posting in this section, you agree to receive any form of CnC within reason. Additionally, you also agree to have a serious mindset while designing your cards.

While this will not be held to the same standards as Advanced is, you do need to exercise reasonable judgment while designing.

-------

In any case, I'm not really fond of these cards essentially having copy+pasted effects; even if they are meant as Attribute searchers.

DIVINE is pretty much limited to the God cards, as you should know by now. Either you drop any of the God cards or you take 2k LP burn.

-------

As for Divine Painter, while you are allowed to use the DIVINE Attribute in Casual, you should have a valid reason for doing that.

If it's a card based on an actual deity or something that would warrant it (like a very powerful boss monster), then you can use DIVINE since it would make logical sense.

Here, this card is simply a Level 2 monster that only searches the Gods at best (including that of the Creator of Light).

DIVINE is not an Attribute that can be slapped on any card you wish; there should be a legitimate reason.

Thank you for supporting me, Sakura.

Anyways, as he and I already said, you need a very good reason for it being a DIVINE attribute.

If i design a set that this little guy is a god, is all fine. There are useless cards designed by Konami. Those, at least, have some purpose.

Is like im talking with retards. Ok, you guys are professionals, Konami should hire you. Lets w8 until this topic get closed.

Basically, the cards were Level 2 monsters with 100/800 stats that discarded themselves to Attribute search; then burn for 2K damage if you don't play the searched monster or something with the same name. There was one for all Attributes.

Because the TC decided to remove his cards, I have no choice but to lock this.

(Although this is the Casual section, it's perfectly okay to use Advanced level CnC)
