goodfusion
This card is pretty good. Being a Quick-Play makes it more useful than Shien's Spy in 'switch control' decks (Acid Golem of Destruction, Ameba, etc), although you do not get the monster back so it isn't completely better in all situations. Instead though, you give your opponent a target for your big monster's attacks to deal a lot of damage. Imagine giving your opponent an Ameba, its effect makes them 2000 LP down already, and you have a nice soft target to attack. This card could also be useful for giving your opponent a Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction, while your opponent controls no monsters meaning Creature Swap or Mystic Box wouldn't work. It wouldn't matter if it still had Xyz Materials as well, because there is no risk in it attacking you anyway.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Indeed, this is one of his better cards in the section.(I'm going to assume this card's name/image are a reference to what happened today in the states, which doesn't affect my judgment on how this card works) It especially works nicely with stuff like Ameba, Griggle, Number 30 and a bunch of other monsters that hurt the opponent (or give you pluses when they change control), then gives you a free way to damage the opponent. Conversely, give them a monster with low stats and just pound on them (assuming opponent has no backrow). While yes, you won't get the monster back like with Shien's Spy; it's likely that you DON'T want it back and it's there as fodder for the opponent to receive damage from.
