On the other hand, it's still a not exactly the smartest choice Konami could make for the game. Better than with Crush Card sure, but still a little stupid in that whilst being a card with competitive uses, it's also a card with a lot of secondary appeal. Kinda like Giant Hand was. Especially when there won't be a reprint of the card even at a low rarity. How much more simple this situation could be if Konami could actually offer prize money. Prize Money: $1,000 out of Konami's walletPrize Card: ~$50 out of Konami's wallet, maybe not even that; $1,000 out of buyer's wallet Understand now? Konami saves $950 or more by making prize cards instead of cash prizes. Yeah $1,000 is nothing for a large company like Konami, but what do they care? As far as they are concerned, someone is still going to win the card and make a tasty thousand bucks, while they sit over there not giving a funk. Japan has strict gambling laws amongst other things. That is part of why prize support isn't a huge thing. When ARG comes and takes it and offers cash prizes, Konami feel the need to step it up a notch to compete with them and therefore sheet like this happens OT: Kinda nervous about this card becoming Crush Card in terms of it encouraging things like stacking and other forms of cheating using Clownblade Seraphs, but I feel it isn't the worst thing in the world. Now we just get one less Deck to see. Will be interesting though to see how this affects Worlds, because I believe this means that it is legal there.......
