A Most Unusual Party

Lore: Both players declare 1 Monster Type or Attribute and excavate the top 4 cards of their deck. Then, both players Special Summon (to their opponent's side of the field) all excavated monsters of the declared Type or Attribute that can be Normal Summoned/Set, then shuffle the other cards back into the deck. If either player excavates no monsters of the declared Type or Attribute that can be Normal Summoned/Set, that player sends all excavated cards to the Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "A Most Unusual Party" per turn.

The basic idea for this was to be a multi-monster variation of Conscription mixed with Inferno Reckless Summon.

Not too sure on the OCG, so any help with that is much appreciated.

CnC?

so the interactions with Infernoids is probably what I love most about this card. A free mill 4, yes please. all you have to do is call WATER/EARTH/DARK (LIGHT if you're not running Lightsworn, which you can do, but... eh... I mean this would basically replace Charge, but Xyz!Minerva might be to good to entirely dump Lightsworn out of the deck.)

I don't think this will ever really Summon anything. You'll be running it on something like Infernoids to mill and your opponent will call something that they can't Summon to your side. Unless Owner's Seal shenanigans of course.

Though one thing I think the card needs: It has a clause where the excavated cards go to the Graveyard but only when no Summons can be made.

Even though the situation will be rare, I think it still needs to say what you'll do with excavated cards when a player does get to Summon something. They won't just return to the Deck in the same order because the order got affected the moment you took out monsters from in-between those 4 to Summon, and it doesn't say anything about shuffling.

It looks fine to me. Other than deck instead of Deck I didn't spot much, and even then that is a minor one.

I expected the change to be "Summon what can be Summoned, mill everything else" to avoid having to state what happens in 2 different scenarios since you Summon things and the rest goes back, and only mill cards if you draw nothing.. It is a little bit less useful in that regard than before, but still not much different for the purpose it'd have.
