1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can discard 1 card to target 1 card your opponent controls; Send it to the graveyard during the End Phase of this turn. If this card destroys a monster by battle, your opponent cannot summon monsters with the same name as that card until the end of their next turn.

DAMN YOU DOOMBRACE ANGEL I WOULDVE WON THE GAME IF I HAD SOUL BLASTED CHICORY WITH YOU!!!

Um I mean. Nice card.

But on a serious note, I do like the design of it. Maybe make it so that it can use its effect if it destroys a monster by a card effect, not just battle? So you could increase the lock even further by combining the two effects and destroy by apbattle and his first effect to make it so they are 2 monsters down? Battle destruction is a bit unreliable. Plus, doombrace in vg doesn't get an effect by hitting so there would be more flavour I guess?

I have mixed feelings towards this card. I think it could be better: the 1-for-1 removal is fine and fair but... doesn't look amazing somehow, considering it's delayed to the End Phase. Maybe it could get away without the discard? But then it would be the only generic Synchro6 with a handy removal: Vulcan bounces, but it needs a face-up card on your side that you want to bounce, or in the worst case bounce itself, Metaphys Horus negates but doesn't removes the target, etc. I don't know.

While the lock effect only prevents the opponent from summoning copies, and that's situational and subpar.

Hmm... how about to improving the last effect so it locks the opponent from summoning monsters with the same Level? That way, and I know this is not in the Advanced Section but, if you kill, let's say, a tellar or a BA with this, you can potentially set the opponent 1 turn back; it would be more of a Crimson Blader-lite.

Got to agree with that: locking the opponent from making any Xyz play can be scary when he/she relies heavily on them. And while this would be a lite version of Crimson Blader, as a generic Synchro6 it is certainly more accessible.

I would insist with my suggestion but loosening the lock a bit, such as allowing Normal Summons so the opponent isn't entirely helpless, but, as you say, it should be safer to avoid this kind of lock.
