BT
All Normal Monsters on the field gain 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Normal Monster youcontrol; discard 1 Effect Monster, then that target gains thediscarded monster's effect. Both names based off "Heart of the Underdog" 「凡骨の意地」
BT
Effect updated to be on either player's turn. EDIT: "(this is a Quick Effect)." removed since that is only used for Monster Effects, and the either player's turn implies it anyway.
deathdragonv2
Oh how very exciting. First of all I really like the Artwork. Now, lets get down to business: I really like the concept of helping out Normal monsters, some of them have decent stats but they are usually the first thing to be scrapped from a deck. The 1000 Atk would seriously help, 3100 Gene warped warwolf normal summon. Yes. and it really helpd Gemini monsters, to the point where you can have a 1000 atk point stronger effect Gemini running around. The second effect is rather interesting as it encourages mixing effect and non effect monsters properly. Here is my issue with it RIDICULOUSLY POWERFUL PENDULUM MONSTERS. This thing would break pendulum monsters, everything coming back 1000 points stronger, it would just be insane and an added effect. I'm going home. I think this effect would work much better if you added 'non pendulum normal monsters' or something to that effect.

I see your dilemma... but that would just be boring lol. jk. I'll think about it. (remember BEWD and REBD are Normal)
deathdragonv2
1) your Welcome2) I ment you could potentially have a Gemini monster - only summoned once and then discard another copy of the same card or any other Gemini to give it an effect. In fact I think this card would be really great support for a Gemini deck. Assuming they are classed as effect monsters in the hand.3) I hadn't thought about this card in a Blue eyes or Red eyes deck, you could get some silly combos going but for all intents and purposes, this card really isn't overpowered by its own merit. I just think the pendulum thing makes this card so strong.4)I like to number things

Well what imagine if this wasn't a field spell and u had 3 on the field. If anything, activate this, summon blue eyes, equip with 3 Mage Powers and set MST and Heart of the Underdog activated. And since its not OP by its own merit and only by the user's discretion, this will still be an unlimited card with no drawbacks.4. I like lettering thingz EDIT: BEWD would be 3000(originalATK)+1000(this card)+[3(#ofmagepowers)*500(magepowereffect)*6(numberofS/Tcards)] OR3000(originalATK)+1000(this card)+[3(#ofmagepowers)*500(magepowereffect)*8(numberofS/Tcards+Pendulums)]13000 ATK! OR 16000!
deathdragonv2
I have noticed myself liking your cards. Have you considered running a contest? I think you would have really creative judging.

deathdragonv2
Ah okay, if you don't have the correct time parameters then I guess things could get fairly difficult to stay on top of.

Azuriena
The ATK boost is huge, but it won't really make Normal Monsters much more playable than they already are. As said though, it makes OTKs with Normal Pendulums easier. While interesting, I'm not sure how useful the second effect is. I don't know that Normal Monster Decks would care to use it. You need a ready supply of both Normal and Effect Monsters, but even then in what situations would using this card make a notable difference? I'm not seeing how it would help Gemini Monsters either as they can only Normal Summon themselves as Normal Monsters. Even if they could get multiple Gemini Effects, it would still be slow. It honestly seems more like a Phantom of Chaos thing where you try to pull off powerful effects from Effect Monsters that are hard to Summon, using Normal Monsters as the gateway. All Normal Monsters gain 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Normal Monster you control; discard 1 Effect Monster, then that target gains the discarded [card]'s effect. That target is still treated as a Normal Monster. All Normal Monsters on the field gain 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Normal Monster you control; discard 1 Effect Monster, then that target gains the discarded monster's effects. / then that target gains the effects of the monster you discarded. 1. Newer cards use numbered effects. You had used them for your other cards.2. Not necessary to state that the Continuous Effect is only applied while the card is on the field (see Ignition Phoenix).3. Newer cards do not use 上 when referring to monsters on the field.4. Newer cards do not use ポイント when referring to ATK.5. また is not needed (in this case) when using numbered effects.6. You forgot to specify that you can only target Normal Monsters you control.7. Use 体 rather than 枚 as a counter when referring exclusively to monsters.8. There are grammar issues revolving the discard effect.9. Use 捨てて to say "discard ... , then" instead of 捨て, which means "discard ... , and if you do". Note: Use 捨て to say "discard ... , then", or "discard ... to" (older TCG cards) for costs.10: As with English, specifying that the Normal Monster remains a Normal Monster isn't needed. BT
Thank you so much for the OCG fixes, especially the Japanese ones. I'll fix those when I get the chance. EDIT: Is on the field necessary? Lemuria, the Forgotten City just says "All WATER monsters gain 200 ATK and DEF." its impliedEDIT2: Thanks for informing me on the effect numbering because I knew cards did it I just couldnt find them on Field Spells

If it isn't obvious I wrote the review just to do OCG stuff anyway, so maybe take my other comments lightly since I didn't put that much thought into it. :P Yes, although Ignition Phoenix does state monsters on the field, and it's the newest, so you should probably follow that. Field Spells like Madolche Chateau which was before Lemuria also state monsters on the field. It's weird. They were probably older cards. Some of the wordings you used are also from older cards (i.e. cards without effect numbering), so it makes sense.
goodfusion
I would love this card in my Magnet Warrior deck. Not only does it make Alpha, Beta and Gamma 2400, 2700 and 2500 ATK beaters that are easily summonable with Giant Rat, Block Golem etc, it allows me to discard Valkyrion and target 1 of the low-level Magnet Warriors, which I can then Tribute to get out all 3!
