Target any number of monsters you control, destroy them, also banish monsters from your graveyard equal to the monsters you destroyed and if you do, Special Summon monsters from your deck equal to the number of monsters destroyed, you lose 1000 Life Points for each monster Special Summoned by this effect. You cannot conduct your Normal Summon/Set or Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Tower of Reincarnation" per turn.

quick point-outs, there is no limit on the type of monster you can summon with this card, making this essentially a pendulum from the deck so long as you have the life points, in other words, barring monsters with summon restrictions, you can summon some pretty strong monsters off of a scapegoat if you can toss a few monsters in grave ( lightsworns primarily, but plenty of decks can send 4-5 monsters to grave turn 1-2). you might want to fix that. i also get the feeling burn decks could use it, but no immediate strategies come to mind yet.

i feel as if there's more to say, but my head isn't working atm, so that's all i got. it seems like an interesting idea, but with things like shaddolls and BA in existence, it's busted as it is right now.

Maybe it could be a posibility to make the cost 1500 instead of just 1000 but you still have to banish monsters from your Graveyard ASWELL as Destroy on the field, so i found it to be pretty balanced over all.

it's not the cost that's the flaw, although a higher cost would make you think twice, it's the amount of things that it makes available to you. 1500 per monster still grants you any 2-3 monsters in your deck for just around half your lifepoints, which even if it doesn't grant you game that turn, still allows you to build up for a potential otk on the next turn. combined with the fact that you can selectively destroy your monsters to summon whatever you want, and that there are ways to spam the field with monsters that help sate the grave and field tributes. your card as is, and even with a higher cost is a bit too powerful as is./ if it came out irl, it's get banlist attention the format after it hit the tcg, if not sooner.

don't focus on the lifepoint cost, focus on the combos that can be created if the card successfully goes off. try to place restrictions that preven the card from being overly abusable, for example, a hard "once per turn" clause, or "you can only activate this during main phase 2" and a "you cannot X during the turn you use this effect" (X being something like attack, summon other monsters outside of the card's effect, activate other effects, ect..) those kind of effects prevent cards like the one you made from becoming easily abusable.

hope this helps.

If he would make it so that the monsters have to be send to the grave, then it would allow to evolve all monsters one controls, as long as one can banish and pay the heavy cost, which, as you stated, is not the problem.

To be honest i made this for "Yang Zing" but also making it generic so other decks could use it. Sending them to the graveyard instead of destruction would be absolutely useless in the deck. The main problem with "Yang Zing" is that they have a really slow start, i made this to fix that. You cannot conduct your normal summon now so i think its ok. (If it was limited to one i would be ok with it cause it gives you another option instead of soul charge like i said for Yang Zing etc.)

the card is still to strong to be generic, remember that decks like shaddoll and BA exist, and even clownblade. if you want to make this yang xing specific, then that would be a lot better, because as it is now, even without a normal summon, it gives altogether too much power to the player using it.
