And this is when people forget that they should never give generic Pendulum Tuners that can be used in ANY deck without restrictions.

Because Pendulums can easily break any mechanic that isnt Xyz. Simply for the endless resources that keep coming back after you use them for whatever you want.

On top of that, we have a potent staple for recycling nekroz banished ritual spells, or an instant gold sarcophagus that lasts for 5+ turns if coupled with this http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spell_Chronicle.

That's way too much and im sure i must be missing some other stupid combos. Oh yea there are also the monster effects, that shouldnt even exist at this point, unless they add some negative drawback like Luster Dragon. But then you realize they actually make the synchros with this card super easy. I think theres nothing more to be said lol. Either make it a non-Tuner or cut some effects entirely

Yeah, I'm not sure what made you think the Pendulum Effect was a good idea. Recycling Spells, be it from the Graveyard or those that are banished (there are so many ways to get cards that would be sent to the Graveyard banished instead, or to banish cards already in the Graveyard—heck, this card does that itself), should never be this easy. Especially because it's essentially a free card; see Qliphort Scout, but generic.

 

The monster effect, as said, fuels the Pendulum Effect and is also free Special Summon. That on top of Coffee Queen being a Tuner... yeah.

 

The last effect is totally superfluous.
