Flash Flyer - Sakura
So on-demand non-discard Makyura the Destructor.Yeah, no. There's a reason why said card was banned, and it's a compelling one at that. Also, Traptrix and a bunch of Trap-heavy Decks would love having their stuff going off without hindrance. ----However, a ruling that I should note is what happens if this card and Jinzo (or some other negator) exist at the same time.I will check with evilfusion about this. -----And again with the all caps. You really need to learn how to write card effects (and names) properly. Trebuchet MS
I presume that you can only activate the Trap in question from you hand the moment you draw it. Which means if you wait any longer, you can't activate it from your hand, and you'll have to Set it like normal. This interpretation of that card's effect would drastically rein in how much it can be abused, since many Traps have specific activation timings that you can't exactly work around even with Chainable draw power. I won't mind finding a way to use this card in Chain Burn though, since that Deck runs a plethora of Traps that don't mind when you activate them. TRAP LORD here only neutralizes any attempt to negate the Trap effect. While you can proceed to slam your Trap cards through a Royal Decree or Trap stun, Jinzo also prevents further Trap activation on top of negating anything that's currently active or trying to resolve, and hence can counter this card. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Given the wording, it appears to be as such, much like the case with The Seventh One and other cards that must be activated when drawing (although not specifically during the Draw Phase itself). However, wait for the TC to confirm their design intent.
Hello my name is Enguin
http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/332370-karamiki-magician/?do=findComment&comment=6597844http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/332504-paul-walker/?do=findComment&comment=6599338 When you look at those 2 threads and the recent 3, you'd have to conclude that either this lad has sustained brain damage in the intervening months, or it's a different person altogether. As for the card it's not all that useful unless there's something I'm missing that makes it easily splashable, or any deck that is both draw power and trap heavy while being capable of manufacturing 2 tributes. Near certain there's a level 4/5 that already prevents your traps getting negated as well, no idea on the name but think it's a Traptrix.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
I did check with evilfusion with the ruling stuff; Jinzo can still counter this card's "no negating Trap" thing. As for possible Decks, most I can think of is probably Burgesstomas or something, but I don't think they'd want this much (plus it's counterproductive for them, given things).
