A God Card Support - Divine Intervention

When a card or effect is activated while you control a monster whose original attribute is DIVINE: Negate the activation and banish that card, then inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. During either player's turn, when an effect is activated that targets a monster whose original attribute is DIVINE, you can banish this card from your Graveyard: negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.

I'm certain the card text is phrased incorrectly in some way but you get the idea.

Except the Summons (excluding the Summon via effect), the card basically negates everything. Since it requires 1 of the only 3 DIVINE monsters to be on the field, a bonus to the negation is fine, however both banishing and inflicting damage are (in my opinion) not necessary. I'd keep only one, but I don't think there's any problem with both existing.

The second effect is okay as well, but I'm troubled since it's a Counter Trap that inherits this. Does it mean that nothing can be chained to it, except Counter Traps? Does it count as a Counter Trap even if in Graveyard? I really don't have something to suggest here...

While on the field, it is SS3, so only another Counter Trap can chain against it.

In the Graveyard, it's still a card effect so SS2.

No, this card will not retain SS3 capacities while in the Graveyard.

-------------

As-is, it's a universal negation card for the Gods, so that helps.

On-field banishes and burns the opponent; Graveyard blocks attempts by Castel and other targeting removal.

Considering the effort needed for a God in the first place, I'm fine with this.

Was about to say something like DNA Surgery or whatever that card was called, but then saw it said "original".

Considering the fact that what, only 4 cards in this game are Divine originally?

That should be fine, even if it's strong as a card, but the usability is limited enough that it should be okay.
