Atypical-Abbie
A general Spellcaster-Type support card, prevent targeting and also Special Summons them as well and provides protection on Summon. Spellcaster-Type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. If you activated this effect, for the rest of the turn, your opponent cannot activate cards or effect when you Special Summon a Spellcaster-Type monsters. Tohob
i feel like giving spellcasters unlimited immunity to effect destruction is a bit too strong without any sort of limitation or drawback. (like a once per turn per monster or something) i like the special summon effect of the card, making your boss cards immune to bottomless is never a bad strategyside note, why does a traveler have his own castle? its not like hes going to be living in it, given that he's a traveler. lol
shadowsapex
Maybe the castle travels too. Cuz it's magical.Nah your right it doesn't make sense. But I do agree that the first effect is too generic. It could be used with Spellcaster archetypes like Performage, Pendulum Magician, or Majespecter that are already overpowered enough. The second effect probably won't be used much by those decks since they can special summon their stuff fine, so I feel that it'd be good support for worse spellcaster decks like Dark Magician. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Majespecters already have immunity from your opponent popping them with card effects, so first effect won't really benefit that too much.(It'd be another story if it granted immunity to the opponent's card effects, and we'd really have issues. However, that isn't the case here) Though, they can probably use the 2nd effect to make sure opponent cannot chain Warning or something to them when stuff gets summoned, however they'd rather not discard things. As-is, the card can provide the needed support for other Spellcasters that need a bit of protection, but indeed the first effect is nuts with Performages, Magicians (I mean the Pendulum kind if that wasn't obvious by now) and a lot of other things. Oh yes, and Shaddolls also have fun with this, since they won't mind discarding, as it leads to pluses for them. ----With regards to DP, I am not sure on what Spellcaster decks exist there, so can't say for certain if the first effect is warranted.I don't believe 'dolls and stuff exist there (I know 'specters do), but yeah, the protection effect may be a bit much, even there. Discarding is a cost too, so Shaddoll don't get their effects here.
Tohob
Well, the name may be a bit bad, but saying "Castle that the Magical Travler Travels To" is a pretty bad name, but that is what I meant.sorry i wasn't judging the name, its just one of those names that make you go "wat?" and it is a MAGICAL traveler, so shadowliepard's comment about the castle also traveling isnt unreasonableand i mean hey, you dont HAVE to live in your castle do you? just leave it full of butlers and servants all the time and only show up every few monthsalso "Castle that the Magical Traveler Travels To" is a pretty wierd name, but you do get that idea from the picture, i think the name works like it is, just making a comment on it :p
