Ryusei the Morning Star
Dark Law + Spark Locking with Bind is fairly easy to do. That should buy you a few turns
Neutrality Man
I've figured out the insanity required to make a 5k ATK Summon Lock with this. Make a Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer (5k/2k) Shrink it (2500/2000) Influence Dragon effect targetting SDRGD. SDRGD is now a Dragon type with 2500/2000 Bind it. 5k ATK bind established ATK resets to 5k at End PhaseIs it the most practical? No.Will it ever actually be used? Maybe against an AI for shiggles. Is it hilarious? YES.

YES.why not just use megamorph on a 2500 dragon? it requires a bit of controlling your life points, but the lock would be far faster, and less prone to interruption. The lock is based off the original attack of the monster. So even if you Megamorph, the lock will still top at 2500.

So even if you Megamorph, the lock will still top at 2500.fair enough, forgot about that. but I think it'd still have a way of working, for example: Get out a dragon with >2500 Atk and <2500 Def like blue-eyes, galaxy-eyes dark matter, any red dragon archfiend, Number 99 Utopic, nekroz of decisive, horus, ect... and lower it's atk using megamorph/shrink, then activate dragon bind targeting the dragon. Then boost your opponents Lp or decrease yours with something like chicken race or upstart goblin to jump the monster via megamorph, thereby preventing special summons below 3- 4k and keeping out a 5k+ beater that could potentially otk your opponent. it'd still be impractical, but it seems far easier to me than going for a type switch combo.
