My first Custom Deck

I hope you all like Gigagun cards
 
Hello everyone, I posted earlier that I made my first custom deck that was Gigagun deck, realize and told by other members that I made some mistake, so I went back, came back, and made some improvements, also I made some new cards for the Gigagun deck as well. Hope you all enjoy it.

(Can only be Normal/Special Summon in a Defense Position.) This card Position cannot be change, and it cannot be use as a Tribute. There can only be 1 "Gigagun: Dynamite" on the field. When this card sent to the Graveyard as a Sycnhro Mateiral, you can Special Summon this card to your opponent side of the field. When this card is destroy by battle from your opponent side of the field, destroy all cards that was around it.

Once per turn, during either player turn, whenever this card would be destroy or by battle or by card effect, destroy "Gigashield: Cannon Blaster" instead. This card cannot be banish or be tribute for a Tribute Summon.

Alright I think I'm going to explain this before sakura or another mod gets to it.

 

Firstly, it is customary to write out your cards in written format (which is typing out the attribute/ type/ level/ etc) instead of posting cards with blank pictures. 

 

Secondly, it is helpful to post the lore (effect) underneath the card so that people who have hard times reading smaller text can review your cards and such. 

 

Thirdly, these seem like a cool concept just going by the name (since I am one of those people who find it hard to read smaller text). 

 

If you make the fixes I suggested above (which you should get used to doing if you aren't very good at finding pictures like me), I think I could do a proper review.

Lots of OCG errors, but eh, whatever.

Dynamite is too strong.

Chinook is too abusable because you could just reduce by 1 to summon 4 the first time, reduce by 1 again to summon 3, etc. That's a huge amount for literally no actual cost/drawback.

Tank needs a hard Once Per Turn (as in This effect of "Gigagun: Tank" can only be activated once per turn) so you can't just summon multiple from your Grave.

Reload is too strong, and it doesn't even have a once per turn at all, let alone a hard OPT. And the recycle will be too easy given that's the main point lol.

Missile is too strong, give it a hard OPT + some sort of actual drawback, there's nothing that actually makes using this card a tradeoff of any kind.

Same with Sniper Mode.

Va Gardna needs a hard OPT and an actual drawback to free double search.

3600 DEF that can attack is huge for a Level 8, just saying, and especially so with an Armades clause.

For Cannon Blaster, do the 3 effects' numbers correspond with the number sent? (like, 1 card sent is only first eff, 2 sent is first two, etc) Or does it apply all 3 no matter how many you send? The #3 eff is too strong for something so easy to trigger via the dump. And #1 effect is a given, writing it out is pointless. Attacking in DEF would do that anyways.

God Blade is just silly and sort of stupid, because it literally has no protection outside of battle and is literally only for probably OTK/etc.

Well [Re-Class] I can see that my deck a lot of OCG errors, I'll fix that soon, but I'll will point out somethings about my deck.

 

This deck is meant to be Strong in for reason. (my reason, really.) Just to beat the crap out of Qli's or any other deck that goes to fast.

 

I love Dynamite effect, because to me it unique. Your just destroying the cards around it including my cards as well. I'm mean think about it...it a Dynamite. In war, soldier throw Dynamite at their enemies.

 

I don't think you understand how Chinook effects work or maybe I didn't put it in a very good sentence. "reduce its level from 1 to 4" I'll explain it as a example: If I reduce it to 1, it can summon up to four Gigagun monsters, but that mean I can only summon a "level one" Gigagun monsters if I wanted to summon all four. If i reduce it two, it mean that i can only summon a monster with a level of 1 and 2 or 1, 1, and 1. reducing to 4, I can only 1 level 1 monster. all because of what Chinook has left.

 

 Reload Ammo is not the only one who has that effect. Yang Zang has one to, expect that it stronger then Reload ammo. Reload is not allow to have the same names.

 

the traps are strong

 

For Va Gardna, I'm not sure what OPT mean. and for Tank, he has a "Once per turn" I can only summon one per turn.

 

3600 is little to strong, but so is Utopia and his supports. Those two would make a great team or rivals 

 

For Cannon Blaster and God Blade," do the 3 effects' numbers correspond with the number sent? "   ​the answer is yes. When sending 1, your only activating the first effect. When sending 2 card, your only activating the second effect (and you understand what I'm saying.)  and no the first effect is not given, cause if I'm attacking without it, I'll be attacking with 0 ATK.(.....I'll fix that to.) When using Cannon Blaster, you want to only use his first effect, because trying to get 3 effect to apply other than trying to protect him would be pointless. taking 1500 in every turn is to much damage. now for God Blade. He meant to be the last card you ever want to play, your last hope to win (drama effect). his effect maybe silly at first, but when you opponent got strong cards and your losing, he made be your best chance to win. also you gotta think about this, when dueling with this deck. you'll be taking a lot damage just to get strong cards. 

 

Also this deck would make great team with Superheavy Samurai, Utopia, and Rock Stun decks

Except Dynamite is easy to get the Nuke eff off first and then you just continue to play like normal.

And intentionally making a deck anti-Qli/etc isn't really a good way of approaching it.

 

Ah, that's a little better, but it still means if you reduce it by 1, you can summon a good number of monsters without any actual drawback.

 

Except, Yang Zing Path has a hard OPT (Once Per Turn).

No.

 

The traps are strong, and they are stronger than they should be.

 

OPT = Once Per Turn (This effect can only be activated once per turn.)

Hard OPT = Hard Once Per Turn (The effect of "(name here)" can only be activated once per turn.)

Tank has an OPT, not a HOPT, that means you can summon multiple copies of Tank, because that SPECIFIC copy of Tank had only used its effect once, not all of them.

So just repeat it for each one, and you summon all of them.

Change it to a HOPT.

 

Like I said, just because some other cards decided to be broken doesn't mean it's good design, and it doesn't mean you should do the same.

3600 is way too high for something that barely takes effort to summon.

So, if you send 2 cards for Cannon Blaster, you don't get both effects? Only the second?

Well who would ever send more than one then, unless they actively had a reason to protect it?

 

God Blade's effect is completely ridiculous, and it is even worse than Quasar, because of the fact that it has no protection outside of battle and screws over your ENTIRE SELECTION OF RESOURCES to do so.
