Atypical-Abbie
A Continuous Spell Card that allows you to recycle your Spell Cards. Once per turn: You can target 1 other Spell Card you control or in your Graveyard; place that target on the bottom of your Deck, then draw 1 card. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 monster, then target 1 other Spell Card you control or in your Graveyard; draw 1 card, then place that target on top of your Deck. If this face-up card leaves the field: Discard 1 card.
The Highlander
Interesting, it has a risk and it acn also reward you if you can use it effectively, however I would suggest preventing it from recycling spells, which were used during that turn, to prevent unnecessary exodia/other linear ftk decks. Astolfo
Running more than one copy of this at a time is pointless, and it's too slow for stuff like that.

The card's a Continuous Spell Card that works during your Main Phase.
Astolfo
It's only one recycle and one draw, I'm sure there's faster options, especially if it puts said Spell at the bottom?

The Highlander
Running more than one copy of this at a time is pointless, and it's too slow for stuff like that.It has no OPT clause ... also you can just return one of your draw cards in an exodia deck (to bottom, so it basicly vanishes unless you shuffle) and then this replaces itself ... seems as much of an obvious choice as upstart goblin (for that deck) and in other cases it holds a risk, but can create advantage over some time, well the only deck that has no risks for using this is an exodia ftk deck ... or magical explosion otk. Astolfo
Uh, it has an OPT, just not a hard OPT.And aren't other available draw engine cards better than this especially if you're going for a F/OTK?You'd only be able to use this once, three times if you had 3 copies out, because it still had a soft OPT. Cirrus
Clean design. A kind of different Upstart most of the time that has the potential to turn into Shard of Greed. Interesting incremental advantage, "free cards", et cetera. Too bad about the speed of the game nowadays. I also like the -1 clause on leaving the board, as it's enough of a penalty to not just stuff your face with this but doesn't detract from the initial power. Plus if someone MSTs it immediately you just go -1.
Darj
The card looks fair but I don't like how it can further support Exodia/FTKs as yet-another deck thinner. Yes, you can't exactly say it thins the deck when it also puts cards back into the deck, but by placing them at the bottom, chances are they won't get in your way, or you could return cards such as Upstart and play it again if you draw into it anyway. Heck, you could even tribute a Royal Library as a last resort to draw a card and keep thinning your deck, or even get that last piece of Exodia and win. It's not exactly this card's fault, but Exodia's and FTK's; they are among the reasons we can't have good things.
