Quite an interesting concept for Stark. Though I'm a bit surprised you didn't put it as a Tuner.

 

Summon it -> Opponent wants to attack and then activate it's effect for it can't be attacked -> Then next turn Synch

 

Still, not bad given the small power up to other monsters. And I'm curious, what creature from Bushi is this draco kid from? I've never seen it before.

You could get away with letting it self-summon if you controlled any DARK Dragon, since the rest of it isn't exactly that much of a threat.

....

Unless you really wanted to tie it that much to Red-Eyes, in which case, it's a little strange to do so.

I did think about making it a tuner but with its special summoning which in addition provides a good boost would then seem a little redundant.
