Thomas★Zero
While you control 2 or more face-up "X-Saber" Monsters: you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) If this card is used as a Synchro Material for a "X-Saber" Synchro Monster: the summoned monster gains the following effects. * If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. * When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level or Rank of the destroyed monster times 100. mitchermitcher
Sabers attract me like honey to ants. Hmm, a tuner that can special summon itself to say, a Boggart Knight and another X-Saber summoning. It really opens up a lot of Synchro possibilities although for level 5 Synchros, because of Boggart Knight's restriction you're pretty much stuck to Wayne. With Darksoul, level 4 Synchros are possible, and if you summon Faultroll after this you can get a level 7 out(probably Black Rose Dragon). It's better than the other level 1 tuner, that's for sure. It gives some more speed to Sabers but I wonder if there's enough deck space to fit this guy in without losing the consistency that comes with having the other members. The extra effects are nice and quite X-Saber-ish but they're not really game-changing. It really did make me think though, about just how restrictive Boggart Knight's effect is. Isn't XX-Saber covered when a card list "X-Saber" Monster since from what I recall in the past with the confusion is that XX-Sabers are still listed a X-sabers due to it being X"X-Saber" Monster < see. <_<

The problem is that Boggart Knight can only be used to Synchro Summon X or XX-Saber Synchros. That alone restricts it to Hyunlei(which is not very desirable early game) or Urbellum most of the time.
