During your opponent's Standby Phase; You can Special Summon this card on your opponent's side of field in face-up Attack Position and if you do, your opponent cannot Normal Summon/Set this turn. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Draw 1 card.

I haven't made a card in a long time, so I made this little guy. The main side of this card is that it takes your opponent's Normal Summon. Considering that stealing somethings Normal Summon is pretty powerful, giving your opponent the strange beast isn't all bad for them. The most important feature of the beast is that it's level 4 - which means that it can be used for Rank 4 Xyz abuse. Granted, they probably could of made a bigger play with their Normal Summon depending on the Deck, but at least this gives them something. The other part that's beneficial is also there to give the card multi-purpose - whoever owns the card can potentially get some draw power. I might make it 1900 ATK or let it inflict Piercing, but for now I think it is fine.

C+C would be cool, especially on the card grammar (I'm pretty sure I messed it up somewhere, but I can't tell)

I would change "(this is treated as their Normal Summon)" to "and if you do, your opponent cannot Normal Summon/Set this turn", but by wording it like that, it would also prevent them from playing something like Double Summon, which the original effect does allow you to do.

The card is alright. Sure it takes up your opponent's NS and can screw things like BA, but other than that, you're giving your opponent a generic Level 4 that can net them draws if you run weak monsters. And like I said before, the way you have it allows your opponent to use additional Normal Summons.

Hm, I wanted to avoid strictly making it a Special Summon so things like vanities don't wreck it, but thinking about it it's probably better if I make it your way to stop multiple Normal Summons. Also would you recommend making it a Level 3 with like 1600 ATK? That way it can't be used for Rank 4 shenanigans, although it does weaken its potential in terms of draw power.

Thanks for the C+C! :)

Well you can make it Normal Summon instead (like Ulti-Offering or Aither), so that would be "During your opponent's Standby Phase: You can Normal Summon this card to your opponent's side of field in face-up Attack Position and if you do, your opponent cannot Normal Summon/Set this turn."

If you want to make it Level 3, you can stick with that ATK (only a few Level 3 monsters with 1800 ATK, and mostly they have either restriction or drawbacks), since it's Summon'd to your opponent's field, so it's fine having 1800 ATK while being a Level 3 imo.
