JessicaMuddy
When your opponent Normal or Flip Summons 1 monster with 1000 or more ATK: Negate the Summon, and if you do, send that card to the Graveyard. I'm sure you can see where I'm coming from with this card. Only problem with it is that it feels like a no-LP Cost Solemn card. I guess the Normal/Flip Summon restriction stops that, though. Dova
Well, giving the timing, I think the correct phrasing would be "When a monster WOULD be Normal Summoned/Flip Summoned". I like the idea of it being a more restricted solemn, therefore making it lack in cost, but I can see one other advantage this card has. Solemn Destroys, meaning that Solemn has the disadvantage of activating cards like Fire Hand or Ice Hand, whereas this card doesn't. Not sure how much that tips the scales, though. I'm attempting to make an updated version of Trap Hole, meaning, to make it better than Trap Hole, I made it send instead of destroy. I don't think it's really that OP though, seeing as it requires a Normal or Flip Summon.
