Monarch King
Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field, then your opponent draws cards equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect, also your opponent takes no further damage this turn. Astolfo
This is sheet, because the biggest reason to mass destroy S/T is to go for an OTK. Also, you'd just be giving them a crapload of draws back.
Sleepy
I picture this being used if going for deck-out more than for the wipe. Though that's a gamble that depends on the opponent you are playing unless you can afford to put your own cards to wipe. Effects that activate when destroyed aren't much of an advantage for this either, at least not with what we have in the game currently. The idea of a drawback has to be there, but said drawback is too strong on this one, and can't really be abused by any deck to a degree that'd lift this card to good.No damage would be good enough without needing the draws... actually "no battle damage" would be good enough as the drawback IMO. I was tempted to suggest just the draws as a legit option for a drawback, but it is an unreliable drawback when you might win that turn anyways because of it. Dragulas
The point of masive backrow removal is to enable an OTK or at least gain card advantage, this card doesnt let you do anything of those. I agree the card needs a drawback, but whats the point of cleaning their backrow if you potentially grant them access to new ones If you want to keep both of them, the draw can be only for each of their cards not yours, and maybe the damage is halved (just an idea)Because with both of the original ones, the cure will be worse than the illness Or maybe a no Battle phase restriction (without the draw), this will make the card alive only in MP1, so you still punish the opponent for setting to many backrow, but he still has a chance to fight back after that
