Dragulas
[spoiler=Lore]If you control no monsters: Target 1 Level 5 or higher monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, then Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 monster of the same Type, Atributte, and a Rank equal to its Level, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon), also you cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Instant Overlay" per turn. You're correct in it being XYZ support, but it needs a monster with a level of 5+ to work. As for the card itself, I like it. It really opens doors for high level decks that are XYZ-focused, like Gimmick Puppets, Galaxy, Trains, Dark Magician (Girl), etc. However, it also gives decks a further way to access Cyber Dragon Infinity, with less extra deck dedication. If I were to recommend anything, I'd suggest bumping the level limit to 6. Most of the Rank 5 pool is accessible through that R4 tellarknight anyway.Unfortunately, it being a quick play kinda nulls the fact that you can't SS for the rest of the turn. It would probably work better as a Normal Spell, like Instant Fusion or make a heftier SS restriction.

The only rank 5 decks that come to my mind and can use this are cybers, artifacts and vampires. The rest of good rank 5 monsters are either ranked up versions or their archetype doesnt meet the requirements (that i know), with the restriction cybers wont be able to acces to infinity at least on that turn.
