The Level on the image is 1 (might want to fix that). Also, the "unaffected by other card effects" effect is pretty unfair considering the ATK and DEF this card has. And should that effect fail, its last effect allows you to Summon ANY Wyrm-Type monster without any drawback or pay? Yang Zing anyone?

I fixed that immediately after I posted it. Anyways, I'll probably just remove the first effect (since on second glance, it doesn't really seem to fit the theme); the other effects seem fine tbh.

 

The unaffected part really only has significance if you're losing in card advantage, and even then, the card loses to basically any generic rank 4 Deck. Also the last effect is meant to keep with the theme of Wyrms (similar to Yazi) and requires itself to be Destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.
