When your opponent special summons a monster(s) during the Battle Phase: destroy that monster(s) and if you do, banish them instead of sending them to the graveyard. When your opponent special summons a monster(s) during your Battle Phase, except the turn that this card was sent to the graveyard: you can banish this card from your graveyard; destroy that monster(s).

Rulings notes:

Both this card and its effect can be activated during the damage step. Both this card and its effect are spell speed 3.
