Alastar Rainford
Tophat Normal Trap Target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control and banish it, then Special Summon 1 "Tophat Token", with the same Type, Attribute, Level, ATK, and DEF as that target had on the field. While this card is in the graveyard, except for the turn it was sent, you can destroy 1 Token you control and banish this card;target 1 banished Spellcaster-Type monster and Special Summon it to your side of the field. I Hate Snatch Steal
Have some artwork if you like: As for the card itself, I'm not sure what spellcaster deck is token heavy enough to use this as anything other then a way to dodge effects or swap 1 caster for another, though that would be hard with the "except the turn it was sent" clause. Despite saying that, I think the except the turn its sent clause is justified. Maybe rank 7 making casters could use this with draccosack and skilled red magician? Alastar Rainford
I guess I can add a During either player's turn to the graveyard clause to bump it up a bit. And yes this card was created generally for target dodging. My first draft was the token destroying itself at EP and returning the target to the field.
